12947) Why is it so hard to reconnect with someone who used to be your best ever friend? It was my fault that we drifted apart in the first place, because I started to avoid her because I got new “friends”, and eventually she moved on too. But I have honestly always regretted what I did because although sometimes she did my head in, I still loved her and she was always there for me. Unlike the so called “friends” I have now, who don’t give a damn. Then suddenly, an opportunity came for me to maybe talk to her again properly, after all this time… I got the message wrote out, planning what I was going to say and I almost sent it, but something stopped me. What would she think? I mean, she’d probably be perfectly polite but she’s still got those new friends and I don’t think she regrets what’s happened since. I’m lonely and I just wish I could go back and change everything. I always end up ruining things with people in the end. So really, what I wanted to say was I miss you and I’m so sorry for what happened, and I wish I still had you now and your friends don’t know just how lucky they are.
